The Overton Park Shell is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that presents a signature series of free concerts for the Memphis community every year, bringing people together in an open outdoor setting to experience the arts and community connection to fulfill our mission of building community through music and education, finding common ground in a diverse audience.

Noel Gilbert Legacy Society
Named after the legendary Memphis conductor who led a petition in the 1960s to save the Shell from being razed, individuals who have included the Overton Park Shell in their estate plans become members of The Noel Gilbert Legacy Society.

Preservation Endowment
The Preservation Endowment, hosted by the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis, invests in the preservation of this historic landmark and building sustainability for the next 85 years and beyond.

Help ensure that community organizations throughout Shelby County have access to Shell on Wheels, regardless of their budget size or capabilities.
