NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
IMPORTANT: VENUE CHANGE FOR DREW HOLCOMB AND THE NEIGHBORS
IMPORTANT: Due to weather forecast, Drew Holcomb and the Neighbors (Shell Yeah!) on July 8 is moving to Minglewood Hall.
After consulting with our partner, National Weather Service Memphis, we have been advised that there is impending weather tomorrow afternoon and evening that will hinder the set up, production, band, and audience safety for our fundraiser. Thankfully, we have a neighboring venue that has generously opened its doors to us allowing the show to go on. We will be moving our Shell Yeah! Benefit Concert featuring Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors to Minglewood Hall (1555 Madison Ave, Memphis, TN 38104).
In order to provide you with the best experience at Minglewood Hall, we ask that you review carefully the following before you arrive:
Doors will open at 6pm and Drew begins at 7:30pm sharp. Security will be wanding all guests, checking bags and ID's (wristbands will be worn by all 21+ guests)
No coolers, food or chairs will be allowed in the venue! This show will be predominantly standing room only. A limited number of chairs will be available.
This concert will have a large audience– be aware that you may be standing in close proximity to other ticket holders.
Children 5 and under do not require a ticket.
No professional photography, video, or audio recording equipment.
There will be no food trucks, however Minglewood Hall does offer food inside of the venue
You may not see our “Bucket Brigade” volunteers walking around, but you’ll still be able to drop a donation in the bucket or DipJar and load up on your favorite Shell merch by visiting the Shell Shop and information station set up in the central atrium. We'll have brand new merch and more fun goodies that we're rolling out for the first time, plus a special discount on our Shell Yeah! t-shirts just for you!
Don’t forget to check out the other upcoming show in our Shell Yeah! Benefit Series: Drive-By Truckers (10/7)! Find out more info about the Shell Yeah! Benefit Series AND our Orion Free Concert Series, which returns on September 1st at overtonparkshell.org
